  1. Does your program provide services to lesbians? If so, what services?
    Yes, all services, including shelter.

  2. Does your program provide services to gay men? If so, what services?
Yes, all but shelter (haven’t had the opportunity). Alternate shelter is to refer to other DV programs—don’t use motels except as a last resort. May place in their shelter depending on who was there and if they could have their own room.

  3. Does your program provide services to straight men? If so, what services?
Yes, all but shelter. Alternate shelter is to refer to other DV programs—don’t use motels except as a last resort. Wouldn’t shelter in their facility.

  4. Does your program provide services to bisexual people? If so, what services?
Bisexual women are eligible for all services, including shelter. Bisexual men are eligible for all services except shelter. Alternate shelter is to refer to other DV programs—don’t use motels except as a last resort.

  5. Does your program provide services to transgender people? If so, what services?
Yes, and shelter would be assessed the same as anyone else—would be more likely to place in shelter, depending upon who was there.

  6. Does your program have any literature available for staff or clients about LGBT domestic violence? If so, what is it?
Yes, for clients. Articles, internet resources, brochures, posters.

  7. Does your staff receive any specialized training about LGBT domestic violence or homophobia? If so, where do they get it, and who provides it?
No, it’s been hard to find, but they would like to get some.

  8. Do you have contacts and referrals with the LGBT communities?
    No.
