   Bisexual women are eligible for all services. Bisexual men are eligible for services, but shelter is provided in hotel (agency covered) and through other community agencies.

5. Does your program provide services to transgender people? If so, what services?
   Yes, are eligible for services. Shelter facility is based on gender (hotels for men and shelter facility for women), but program does not specify how gender is determined.

6. Does your program have any literature available for staff or clients about LGBT domestic violence? If so, what is it?
   Yes, books, pamphlets and posters.

   Yes. Training is provided in-house and through the Western NC Aids Project, as well as other external training sources.
